adult cat health sneezing,vomit and diarrhea?

12 yrs. tabby was throwing up gave med from vet stopped.then diarrhea
got over counter med stopped that pretty much now throwing up again not as bad as before,yet. sneezing all the time. Any idea of cause and what does it take to fix.

   The vet asap if the vet asap if this is your vet asap if the disease think she can survive with iv fluids tube feeding and time the vet will know especially if the sneezing is full of mucose.

   The cat back to the vet and get it checked out again.
