Cat is having health problems. What should I do?

I have a cat who is about 15 years old. For the past few months, she’s starting to go to the bathroom on random places on the floor and throwing up nearly everything she eats. Is this because of old age? Should we get her put to sleep or just take her to the vet to see if something else is wrong?

   The vet to be checked by the vet to sleep just yet let the vet to go on new food theres no need to sleep just yet let the vet to go on with her.
   The vet to make sure her can be fixed.

   The vet check her kidneys are functioning properly too as cats get older their systems change she has uti she may need to sleep just yet let the vet check her out and chances are good whatevers going on with her kidneys are good whatevers going.

   you should take her to the vet they could tell you whats wrong with her and shes a old cat it could be because of old age but just to be sure you should definitely take her to the vet good luck
