I recently took a cat in who still looks young. Should I take him to the vet. to make sure his health is good?

    yes. all strays are sick. usually it is just worms, which is easily treated.

    yea i think u should. u duno where hes been. u already know he has fleas so u need to treat that. and the vet may be able to tell u how old it is and stuff..
