My dad forces me to eat cat food, I am just wondering if this is at all bad for my health?

I think you should ask your dad to change to dog food. It contains far more nutrients and it is actually quite a bit cheaper than cat food. At least you will have some money left over to spoil yourselves. Maybe watch a strip show at your local trailer park?
