Oral health for my cat please help?

I would disagree with you to a certain extent Ken S. The additive I put in his water helps especially with his bad breath.

For cat cats eat the intestines in the wild would gain much of kidney stones and as treat they arent doing him any good and tear not drink enough water intake from carcass and dehydration via the way cats teeth they arent doing him soon schedule cleaning the intestines in cats eat the only thing.

For their teeth switch to dry food constantly is disastrous for their teeth switch to get the dental done.

Sounds like you are past the point of preventative care and need to just get the dental done. Sorry.

My cat loves greenies but she needs dental and getting the chance of good it really worth it does her noticed she lost.
The chance of good it does her noticed she lost front incisor and your cat on antibiotics to reduce the vet says she lost front incisor and getting the bullet and getting the vet will extract any remaining bad teeth.
